Optilima was founded by Haytham Zidan, a consultant ophthalmologist based in the UK. It was born from years of clinical practice and from repeatedly seeing how technology often falls short of real-world healthcare needs. Many clinical tools are powerful, but not always practical—and even fewer are designed with patients in mind. Optilima was created to change that.
